On Monday the 4th of November, we had another inspiring event in collaboration with the TUM School of Management Student Council, Career in M&A, and VentureLink.

Together with Osborne Clarke Germany and KPMG, we hosted an event for TUM students on the theme “How to Start Your Career Journey.” This event aimed to offer students practical advice and hands-on strategies for launching their careers and navigating the competitive job market.

Osborne Clarke Germany generously welcomed us into their beautiful Munich office, providing an ideal space for students to network and learn. Through engaging discussions and valuable guidance, we explored key topics, including crafting impactful resumes, preparing for interviews, and building a strong LinkedIn profile. We also discussed how to identify the right career path and companies aligned with individual goals and strengths.

Our special thanks to Martin Sundermann for not only hosting us but also for sharing invaluable insights with students; to Alexander Goertz for offering his perspective as KPMG’s head of university recruiting; and to Jasper Schell and Carl Brökelmann for their efforts in organizing the event. A warm thank you also goes to Stefan Gerhard Schneider and Viktoria Weinberger from Career in M&A for their contributions to this fantastic event.
